AlKhabeer is built around trust, clarity, and mutual respect. These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone using the AlKhabeer platform and what behavior is not acceptable.

By using AlKhabeer, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.


1. Our Principle

AlKhabeer is a two-sided platform. Clients and professionals are treated with equal respect.

Everyone deserves:

  • Clear communication
  • Fair treatment
  • A safe and calm experience

Behavior that undermines trust on either side is not allowed.

2. Respectful Conduct

You must treat other users with respect at all times. This includes:

  • Communicating politely and professionally
  • Respecting differences in background, opinions, and expectations
  • Engaging in good faith, even when declining or disagreeing

Harassment, intimidation, or hostile behavior is not tolerated.

3. Honest & Accurate Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share. You must:

  • Provide truthful profile details
  • Clearly describe job requests or services
  • Avoid misleading claims, false promises, or impersonation

Misrepresentation damages trust and may result in account action.

4. Appropriate Content

You may not post, share, or send content that is:

  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing
  • Discriminatory or hateful
  • Sexually explicit or inappropriate
  • Illegal or encouraging unlawful activity
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

This applies to profiles, messages, job requests, images, and any other content.

5. Messaging & Communication

Use in-app messaging responsibly. Do not:

  • Spam or repeatedly message users who are not responding
  • Pressure, coerce, or manipulate others
  • Send unsolicited promotional or irrelevant messages
  • Move conversations off the platform for harmful or deceptive purposes

Clear, respectful communication is expected from both sides.

6. Payments & Transactions

Users must follow the platform’s payment processes. You may not:

  • Request or offer payment methods intended to bypass platform rules
  • Submit false or manipulated proof of payment
  • Pressure users into unsafe or unclear payment arrangements

All payment-related interactions must be transparent and honest.

7. Safety & Trust

Do not engage in behavior that puts others at risk. This includes:

  • Encouraging unsafe or illegal actions
  • Misusing personal information
  • Attempting to exploit or deceive users

If something feels unsafe or suspicious, report it.

8. Abuse, Fraud & Platform Misuse

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts
  • Manipulating ratings, reviews, or visibility
  • Circumventing safeguards or restrictions
  • Attempting to access accounts or data not your own

Such actions may result in immediate suspension or termination.

9. Reporting Issues

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

  • Use available in-app reporting tools, or
  • Contact AlKhabeer support

Reports are reviewed carefully. Retaliation against users who report issues is not allowed.

10. Enforcement

AlKhabeer may take action if these guidelines are violated, including:

  • Content removal
  • Warnings
  • Temporary restrictions
  • Account suspension or termination

Actions are taken to protect the community and maintain trust.

These guidelines exist to keep AlKhabeer fair, professional, and respectful for everyone.
